Prescott Construction Company is a full service general contractor, based in Roanoke, Virginia. Starting with two employees, the Company was founded in 1995 by Matt Prescott. We quickly grew to take on larger and more challenging projects. Our focus is residential and commercial construction and renovation. We build custom homes and renovate and build additions to existing homes. We also develop new single family and multi-family homes. In addition to our residential focus, we have undertaken custom commercial projects, including sever large scale historic rehabilitation projects in downtown Roanoke.
We are committed to the continued growth of the Roanoke Valley. It is where we live and work, and we are proud of our involvement in our local community. We are actively involved in numerous building industry organizations, including the Roanoke Regional Home Builders Association, the US Green Building Council, and EarthCraft Virginia.
